In May 2024, Solaire expanded its footprint with the opening of Solaire Resort North in Quezon City. This 38-story, 1.5-hectare property is the first five-star integrated resort in the area. It offers 530 guest rooms and suites, 14 diverse dining venues, and four gaming levels spanning approximately 13,000 square meters. The resort also features a pillarless grand ballroom accommodating over 1,600 guests, making it a prime location for events and conferences .
