The last architectural creation of the Nguyen Dynasty was Khai Dinh Tomb, which is located about 10 kilometers from the center of Hue. Because of its creative use of Western materials and ideas, it is considered by many to be among Vietnam's most exceptional structures.

It will take about 45 minutes to reach Khai Dinh tomb by boat, which is 20 minutes longer than if you take the road.
